Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide vs Retatrutide: Approval Status, Results and Side Effects
Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) are approved in the US, Canada and the EU. Retatrutide is not approved by the FDA, Health Canada or the EU as of September 2026. It is still investigational, and Lilly plans to file with the FDA in early 2027. In trials, tirzepatide beat semaglutide head to head, and retatrutide showed the largest average losses.

What is GLP Calendar?
GLP Calendar is an iPhone app for people taking GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic) and tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro). It logs weekly shots and daily pills, reminds you on shot day, suggests the next injection site, tracks side effects, weight, protein, water and fiber, and keeps your supplements, lab results and a doctor-ready report in the same place.
Which medications can I track?
Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, the Wegovy pill, Foundayo, Saxenda and Trulicity, plus compounded prescriptions entered exactly as your pharmacy's label states them. If you haven't started yet, you can set up your first dose and reminders ahead of time.
Does GLP Calendar tell me what dose to take?
No. GLP Calendar records the dose your prescriber ordered and shows information from the medication's label, such as the missed-dose window. It never suggests, calculates or changes a dose, and neither does the assistant. Talk to your prescriber about any change.
Is GLP Calendar free?
The core tracker is free: shot and pill logging, reminders, injection-site rotation, weight, check-ins, daily targets and your supplement schedule. An optional Plus subscription adds medication-level and side-effect insights, the doctor-ready PDF report, lab scanning and the AI assistant.
What is the estimated medication level chart?
It is an educational estimate of how much medication is in your body across the week, modeled from published population data for your medication. It is not a lab value, it varies from person to person, and it should never be used to change a dose or schedule.
Does it work for the Wegovy pill and Foundayo?
Yes. Daily pills get a daily reminder. For the Wegovy pill, GLP Calendar counts down the 30-minute wait the label asks for before food, drinks or other oral medicines, then unlocks your morning supplements.
Can I track supplements and lab results too?
Yes. GLP Calendar grew out of a supplement and lab tracker, so vitamins, electrolytes and fiber sit on the same schedule as your medication, and lab results such as glucose, HbA1c, lipids, vitamin D, B12 and ferritin are shown next to your dose steps.
Is my health data private?
Your logs are stored on your iPhone by default and only sync if you turn sync on. We don't sell your data or use your health data for advertising. You can export or delete it at any time.
When can I get it?
Now, on the App Store for iPhone. GLP Calendar comes as one app with Vitamin Tracker, our supplement and lab tracker.
